You’re probably thinking…

  • No. We’ll train you and help you get licensed. And no, it won’t feel corporate. We’re not interested in turning you into a robot. We’re interested in helping you become a version of yourself that would shock your old self.

  • It’s up to you. You work at your own pace, with no minimum number of hours. Start part-time alongside what you’re doing now, or go all in. You decide how fast you grow.

  • Yes, and we’d rather be upfront about it. Like real estate agents, you’re responsible for your own licensing costs (pre-licensing course, state exam, and fingerprinting). Some firms advertise that they’ll “pay for your license,” but often it’s an advance that gets taken back out of your future commissions.

    Here’s how we see it: a real estate agent’s clients need to afford a home. Your clients only need to afford protection that can start at around $20–$30 a month. That means far more families who need what you offer, and far more people you can help.

  • You’ll be an independent contractor, which means you’re self-employed and paid on commission. There’s no salary and no cap. What you earn depends on the effort you put in and the results you produce.
