Thuan entered the financial services industry in 2020 with a clear mission: to make sure the families he grew up around never had to crowdfund a crisis. A first-generation American who spent time in the foster care system, he built NxtGen Equity on the belief that one smart financial decision can permanently change a family's trajectory. He specializes in helping business owners provide retirement benefits to their staff, premium financing for high net-worth individuals, and generational wealth planning.

Hillary came from the service industry, where she built a reputation for putting people at ease and making complex things feel simple — skills she brings to every client conversation. As Co-Founder of NxtGen Equity, she leads the firm's annuity strategy, helping clients protect their retirement savings and create income they can't outlive. She believes financial planning should feel like a conversation, not a presentation.
